The Elks Oratorical award winning Russell-McCloud is President of Russell-McCloud & Associates, a speaking association based in Atlanta, Georgia. A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, she is a graduate of Kentucky State University and Howard University School of Law. She completed intensive study in law at Harvard University, and served as Chief of the Complaints Branch, Broadcast Bureau for the Federal Communications Commission, Washington, DC. Russell-McCloud is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and has served as its National Parliamentarian. As the 11th National President of The Links, Inc. and The Links Foundation, Inc., Russell-McCloud was visionary and purposeful in leadership and she ensured an era of organizational change for betterment.

Russell-McCloud is married to Bishop E. Earl McCloud, Jr. 127th elected and consecrated Bishop, African Methodist Episcopal Church and has been featured in a number of national publications including Black Enterprise, EBONY and ESSENCE.
